(CNN) — Famed restaurateur and founding father of Le Cirque, Sirio Maccioni, has handed away on the age of 88, in response to his son.
Le Cirque was a scorching spot for the likes of Ronald and Nancy Reagan and Frank Sinatra, in response to Marco Maccioni.
Maccioni handed away in his hometown of Montecatini, Italy, on Monday morning in his sleep, his son added. He had been affected by dementia for the previous couple of years, in response to his son.
Le Cirque’s lease ran out the tip of 2018 and Maccioni’s sons need to reopen Le Cirque on Manhattan’s East Facet as soon as once more in honor of their father when the coronavirus pandemic permits for it.
